Privacy
Policy.
This policy explains what information INFR LAB may receive through infrlab.com, why it is used, and how to request access, correction or deletion.
Scope
This policy applies to the INFR LAB website and the forms, website check and quote-request features made available through it. It does not govern third-party sites that may be linked from the website.
Information we may collect
- Contact and project details: name, email address, selected area or service, message, project description and any website URL you submit.
- Website-check and quote details: the public website URL entered, the check result, recommendations, request time and email used to request a quote.
- Technical information: hosting and security providers may process information such as IP address, browser or device information, request times and security signals in ordinary server logs.
- Marketing or event information: if Meta analytics, advertising tools or Conversions API are activated, Meta may receive event and device information according to the configuration in use and your available choices.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information through free-text fields.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, perform a requested website check, review and answer quote requests, provide requested services, prevent abuse, maintain site security, troubleshoot problems and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations.
When advertising or analytics tools are active, event information may also be used to understand campaign performance and improve the relevance of INFR LAB communications.
Service providers
INFR LAB may share information with providers only as needed for the relevant function:
- Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery, security and server-side infrastructure.
- Google may process contact-form submissions when the site’s Google Apps Script form connection is used.
- Meta may process analytics, advertising or conversion-event information when Meta tools, including Conversions API, are configured and active.
These providers may process information in other countries and under their own privacy terms. INFR LAB may also disclose information when reasonably required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer.
Retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, ongoing client communications, security, dispute handling, and legal, tax or accounting requirements. Different records may therefore have different retention periods.
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask whether INFR LAB holds your personal information and to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
To make a request, email contact@infrlab.com. INFR LAB may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also have the right to contact your local privacy regulator.
Data deletion request
To request deletion of information associated with your website interaction or a Meta-connected interaction, email contact@infrlab.com with the subject Data deletion request.
Include the email address used, the relevant service or interaction, and enough detail to locate the record. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. INFR LAB will confirm receipt, may verify identity, and will delete or de-identify eligible information, subject to records that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax or accounting reasons.
