Scope

This policy applies to professional services offered by INFR LAB, including AI-Ready Website Cleanup, AI-Ready Website Sprint and AI Systems Setup. It does not apply to the Prompt Workshop, which has its own terms at checkout.

Pricing shown on the website

Prices shown on infrlab.com for professional services are starting prices, not final prices. The final scope and price depend on the specific project and are confirmed in writing before any payment is requested.

How the quote process works

• You request a quote through the website. Submitting a request does not create a purchase or payment obligation, and no payment is collected at this step.
• INFR LAB reviews your request and sends you the exact scope, price, schedule and payment terms in writing.
• You review and approve the quote before any work or payment begins.
• Only after you approve the quote does INFR LAB send a private, one-time payment link for the agreed amount.

Payment

Payment is only requested after you approve a quote. A payment may represent a deposit, a milestone payment or a final balance — the approved quote and the payment link identify which one applies, and the exact amount, before you pay.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card statement will show INFRLAB. Each payment link is a one-time payment, not a subscription or recurring charge.

Cancellations and refunds

• Deposits may be non-refundable once work has begun, when this is stated in the approved quote.
• If you cancel a project after work has begun, completed work and any approved expenses already incurred remain payable.
• Completed or delivered custom work is not refundable because of a change of mind.
• If INFR LAB is unable to provide a material part of the agreed service, INFR LAB may offer correction, replacement, credit, or an appropriate partial or full refund.

Third-party costs

Where a project includes third-party products or services (for example software subscriptions, stock assets or hosting), those costs are subject to the relevant third party’s own refund terms, not this policy.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy overrides any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws that apply to you.
